MAKING PAYMENTS:

Hopefully the following information will answer any questions that you may have when making a payment and paying online with this website.  However, always feel free to contact me if you should require any assistance or have any questions (719-359-1107).   

Please refer to the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" below prior to paying.


THE SESSION FEE:

The Session Fee is due at the time of your Session, or prior to the Session to hold a future date.  Prints and Products are not included in the Session Fee and are at an additional cost.  A Session Fee covers the time that I spend with you to plan, photograph and present your images to you. The Photography Sessions are either In-Studio (refer to "Studio Information"), and/or at your favorite location within the greater Colorado Springs area (Up to Monument, Manitou, Fountain and Calhan).  Sessions outside of the city/area are welcome and may incur a small Travel Fee.  Travel Fees can sometimes be waived with Special Events, large/multiple groups within the same party and referrals.  Again, feel free to contact me with any questions.


ORDERS & PAYMENT:

Please contact me to place your order and you will receive an itemized invoice for your order.  An Invoice will be provided to you in person, or via email and a (hard copy) receipt will be provided with your order. 


PAYMENTS:

 When we meet to place your order I am more than happy to customize a package to fit your needs.  You are welcome to make payments on your order.   Products must be paid in full in order to begin the manufacture of your Product(s).  You are welcome to make payments for up to  (1) year from the Session Date (at no additional charge).  Products will be provided to you when payment of each product is paid in full.  For example, if you purchase a Package with Prints, All Occasion Cards and an Album you are welcome to make payments.  However, the Prints will not be released until the prints are paid for and any additional Products will not be released until the Payment for each Product is paid in full.  Purchases later than (1) year from the Photography Session will be based on the current years Price List.  I am more than happy to get together with you and work out something that can fit your needs and your budget.

PACKAGE PRICING:

All prints ordered are quantity sensitive.  If you plan to order additional prints feel free to ask about the quantity discount pricing.   If you choose a Package with an Album you are welcome to select any of the images from your album for prints and other Products.

​If you order an album and choose more poses than the Print Package includes and order the Album at a later date you will be required to pay a certain percentage of the album price in order to receive the discounted Print Package Pricing on the additional print poses (the amount will depend on how many different poses are ordered).  ​The complete order will not be released until the final payment is made.


PACKAGE PRICING:

Create your own Package, Create your own Collection.

On print packages you can choose up to four (4) images to include in your package of prints for the (1) Hour Session.   You are welcome to choose up to (6) images if you choose the 2 - 3 Hour Session.  If you choose a Package with an Album there is no limit on poses to choose from, provided the images are from the same images selected for the album.   However, you are always welcome to purchase additional poses at A La Carte Pricing.  If you choose to order multiple Products and make payments on (for example) an album price will remain firm for a period of 12 months from the date of the Session.  Again, the complete order will not be released until the final payment is made.  


TYPE OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: 

I accept cash (in person only) & Personal or Business checks.  Credit/debit cards are accepted (both using with or without your PayPal account) for on-location/in-person payments.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Paypal has been an established company processing payments over the internet for business and individuals globally for many years.

PayPal.Me is a fast and easy way to send payments using your PayPal account. 

You simply paste the following link into a web browser:

Click "Send" and then enter an amount .  Click "What is this Payment for" and enter a customer name and product such as Prints, Albums... Choose your payment method and tap "Next."  Review the details and tap "Send Payment Now."

What is a PayPal QR Code:

It is a touch free payment option that you simply use the PayPal app to scan a code you download and display.  There is no card reader, it is a scannable code that lets you pay using the PayPal app on your own device using your PayPal account.

I will show you the QR code and you open the PayPal app on your device.  You simply scan the QR code using the camera on your cell phone, enter the amount to be paid and tap "Send."  You will get a notification when the purchase is complete.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  

CROPPING OF IMAGES:

The original images may not be cropped for printing and can usually be cropped in tighter.  Please let me know me if you have a specific request in regards to the cropping of your images.  

Once you decide on the images you wish to purchase I will crop each image according to it's respective print size.  The size of print (i.e. 5x7, 8x10...) will affect the cropping of the image.  Feel free to "Contact" me if you should have any questions.

COLOR & BRIGHTNESS:

Due to differences in operating systems, screen differences, and preparation done prior to printing, there may be slight color or brightness variations between the image as you see it on your computer, cell phone or television and that of the actual print you receive.  If you should have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me.

FONT COLOR & STYLE:

If text is added to any Product I will be giving you the option to change the font style.  You can change the font style from the original design (provided no additional cost is required for the font).  Only fonts available for commercial use can be used.  I can provide you with different font examples to choose from.  Also, please advise me if a specific font color or location for the text is preferred prior to printing.

​FRAMES & MATS:

I only offer frames in sizes 11x14 and larger due to the abundance of smaller frames found locally.   If you should require assistance, or have difficulty finding what you need I am happy to assist you with your framing needs.

* Never place photographs in direct sunlight or directly against the glass in your frames.  Feel free to ask me about matting your image, or adding  frame spacers.  Or, ask your local framer about either mats or spacers.  Spacers can be purchased locally or on-line by the foot and/or cut to fit your needs (depending on the style).
